MLB: Cleveland 6, Cincinnati 3

CINCINNATI, July 2 (UPI) -- Aaron Boone, Ben Broussard and Ronny Belliard hit home runs Sunday afternoon as Cleveland beat the Cincinnati Reds, 6-3.

Todd Hollandsworth had two hits and one RBI; Boone's homer was a two-run blast in the top of the eighth inning; and Victor Martinez, Jhonny Peralta, and Franklin Gutierrez all scored once for the Indians (37-43), who have won two in a row and four times in their last six games.

In relief of starter C.C. Sabathia, the winner was Guillermo Mota (1-3). Bob Wickman, who gave up a game-winning grand slam homer to Adam Dunn on Friday night, earned his 12th save.

David Ross hit two homers and had two hits and two RBI; Dunn hit an RBI single; and Juan Castro also had two hits for the Reds (44-38), who have lost two in a row after a three-game winning streak.

The losing pitcher was reliever David Weathers (3-3).
