BALTIMORE, June 7 (UPI) -- Vernon Wells had one run, four hits and one RBI Wednesday night to help Toronto beat the Baltimore Orioles, 5-3.
Both Lyle Overbay and Troy Glaus drove in runs; and Bengie Molina and Aaron Hill both had two hits for the Blue Jays (33-25), who have won two of their last three games.
In six innings, winner Casey Janssen (5-3) scattered one run and six hits with no walks and five strikeouts. Former Oriole B.J. Ryan earned his 15th save.
Brian Roberts had one run, three hits, and one RBI; Miguel Tejada had two hits and drove in a run; Melvin Mora had one run and two hits; and Kevin Millar drove in a run for the Orioles (27-33), who have lost five of their last seven games.
Losing pitcher Kris Benson (6-5) surrendered five hits and two runs in six innings with two walks and four strikeouts.
