MLB: Kansas City 10, Cleveland 8

KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 10 (UPI) -- Aaron Guiel Wednesday homered for the second straight contest as Kansas City beat the Cleveland Indians, 10-8, to complete a three-game sweep.

Guiel followed the feat of catcher John Buck, who also hit his second homer of the season in Tuesday night's 10-7 win.

Angel Berroa, who had a home run among his three hits, scored three runs and drove in one; Kerry Robinson hit a two-run triple; and Paul Bako had a run, two hits and one run for the Royals (10-22), who swept Cleveland for the first time since June 24-26, 2003.

In relief, Ambiorix Burgos (1-0), who blew a save chance, picked up his first win of the year.

Jhonny Peralta had a two-run homer; Ben Broussard had three hits; John Michaels had one run, two hits and an RBI; while Casey Blake scored twice for the Indians (17-18).

Loser Guillermo Mota fell to 0-2.
