MLB: Chicago White Sox 13, Seattle 3

SEATTLE, April 26 (UPI) -- The visiting Chicago White Sox pounded the Seattle Mariners, 13-3, as Tadahito Iguchi went 2-for-5 with a home run and a career-high four RBI Tuesday.

Jermaine Dye hit a pair of homers while Paul Konerko and Joe Crede also went deep for Chicago, which has won 13 of its last 15 overall.

Javier Vazquez (2-1) pitched six solid innings, surrendering just two runs on four hits with a pair of strikeouts. Boone Logan pitched the final three innings to record the first save of his career.

For the Mariners, Joel Pineiro (2-2) allowed five runs on six hits over four innings of work for the Mariners. Matt Lawton finished 2-for-2 with a run and an RBI in the loss.

Seattle didn't get on the scoreboard until the bottom of the seventh when Adrian Beltre drew a bases-loaded walk to score Raul Ibanez.
