NBA: Milwaukee 100, Washington 97

MILWAUKEE, April 13 (UPI) -- T.J. Ford made a critical steal from Gilbert Arenas with two seconds left Wednesday night as the Milwaukee Bucks edged Washington, 100-97.

Also in the final minute, Michael Redd sank a turn-around jump shot with 19.9 remaining as the Bucks (38-40), who broke a four-game losing streak and pulled within one game of the Wizards for the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race.

Overall, Redd had 24 points, three rebounds and two assists; Andrew Bogut added 17 points, four rebounds and two assists; while Ford totaled 16 points, three rebounds, six assists and five steals for Milwaukee.

Arenas had 25 points, four rebounds, six assists and three steals; Antonio Daniels added 21 points, six assists and two steals; Jared Jeffries had 20 points, eight rebounds and five assists; and Antawn Jamison had 16 points, seven rebounds and two steals for the Wizards (39-39).

Washington has lost its last four games in a row.
