NHL: Nashville 3, Calgary 2

CALGARY, Alberta, March 8 (UPI) -- Nashville's David Legwand scored twice as the Predators edged the home-ice Calgary Flames, 3-2, Tuesday night.

Greg Johnson added a shorthanded goal for the Predators, who have won two of their last three games overall. Tomas Vokoun made 30 saves, and Steve Sullivan and Jerred Smithson each notched two assists.

For Calgary, Dion Phaneuf and Kristian Huselius each netted goals. Goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff allowed three goals on 26 shots in the loss.
