ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Yao Ming had 29 points, 11 rebounds and two blocked shots Sunday as the Houston Rockets beat Orlando, 89-84.
Tracy McGrady -- who missed one game because of a death in his family -- added 19 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three steals; Rafer Alston had 13 points and 10 assists; and Juwan Howard had 12 points and five rebounds for the Rockets (25-31), who have won six of their last seven games.
Grant Hill had 22 points, four rebounds and four assists; reserve Carlos Arroyo had 17 points, three assists and five rebounds; Hedo Turkoglu had 10 points, four rebounds and four assists; and Dwight Howard had seven points, nine rebounds and two steals for the Magic (20-35), who have lost 13 of their last 15 games.
Both teams had 40 rebounds.
