HOUSTON, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki had 29 points and four rebounds Wednesday night as Dallas beat the Houston Rockets, 103-76.
Josh Howard added 18 points, three rebounds and four assists; and Devin Harris recorded 16 points, five rebounds and five assists for the Mavericks (29-10), who have won six of their last seven games.
Rafer Alston had 17 points, six assists and two rebounds; Luther Head added 16 points, four rebounds and four assists; while David Wesley had 10 points, three rebounds and two assists for the Rockets (12-25).
Houston, which played without both Tracy McGrady (back) and Yao Ming (toe), has lost seven straight home games. The last time Houston won a home game was Dec.6 against Boston.
Dallas out-rebounded the Rockets, 38-29.
