NHL: N.Y. Rangers 4, Florida 3 (SO)

SUNRISE, Fla., Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Petr Prucha scored the only goal in a shootout Wednesday night as the New York Rangers beat the Florida Panthers, 4-3.

It was Florida's first home game since Oct. 20, after having two home games postponed because of Hurricane Wilma.

Dominic Moore scored a game-tying goal in the third period, Martin Straka and Steve Rucchin each had one goal and one assist, while Jaromir Jagr had two assists and goaltender Henrik Lundqvist made 38 saves for the Rangers (9-5-3), who have won three of their last four contests.

Anthony Stewart, Stephen Weiss and Olli Jokinen each scored goals, and goalie Roberto Luongo made 37 saves for the Panthers (6-7-3), who are winless in their last six games (0-3-3).

Florida edged the Panthers in shots on goal, 41-40. New York was 1-for-6 on the power play, while Florida was 1-for-9.
