LOS ANGELES, May 5 (UPI) -- Washington's Livan Hernandez tossed the 41st complete game of his career Wednesday, a seven-hit, 5-2 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Hernandez (4-2) struck out four batters and walked three.

The Nationals broke a 1-1 tie with four runs in a seventh-inning rally that included RBI doubles by Vinny Castilla and Endy Chavez and a run-scoring single by Nick Johnson, who also hit a solo homer in the fifth inning.
Dodgers starter Odalis Perez (4-2) was the loser, yielding seven hits and five runs in 6 1/3 innings.
