The Waterford Police Department said in a Facebook post the donkey was found loose in the city and an officer held onto the animal's leash from inside a patrol car to guide the animal home because it was raining. Advertisement The post joked the donkey received a "field sobriety test" and was in training for the department's new "donkey patrol." In reality, the donkey was reunited with its owner.
