Re-Tox reported that Dupree claims the stars and government agencies stole 3,000 songs from him.
In the suit, Dupree alleges that the defendants “robbed [him] for hundreds of millions, even billions, in the satellite organization.”
It appears that Dupree may have submitted his original paperwork incorrectly based on an order that Judge Carolyn Delaney issued on April 30.
“Plaintiff shall submit, within thirty days from the date of this order, a completed application to proceed in forma pauperis,” according to a court memo. “Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed without prejudice.”
