Hannah Gadsby's Gender Agenda features comedian Hannah Gadsby and seven genderqueer performers: Jes Tom, Alok, Asha Ward, Chloe Petts, DeAnne Smith, Krishna Istha and Mx. Dahlia Belle.

The special was filmed at Alexandra Palace Theatre in London in October 2023.

In the trailer, Gadsby references the walkout of trans employees and allies at Netflix in October 2021 following the release of Dave Chappelle's comedy special The Closer.

"This evening we've got a whole bunch of fabulous and diverse genderqueer performers, and I am incredibly excited to bring this to you," Gadsby says. "The last time Netflix brought this many trans people together was for a protest. So, progress."

Gadsby previously released the Netflix specials Nanette (2018) and Douglas (2021). They also appeared as a cast member in Season 4 of the Netflix series Sex Education.

Hannah Gadsby's Gender Agenda premieres March 5.
