Vanessa Williams will host PBS' 41st annual July Fourth celebration A Capitol Fourth with Jimmy Buffet,t Mickey Guyton, Gladys Knight, Jimmie Allen and more set to perform. The 90-minute special will take place from Washington, D.C., and air on July Fourth at 8 p.m. EDT. The show will also live stream on PBS' website, Facebook and YouTube through July 18.

Alan Jackson, Cynthia Erivo, Pentatonix, Renée Fleming, Train, Jennifer Nettles, Auli'i Cravalho, Laura Osnes, Ali Stroker and Jack Everly will also perform.
The Armed Forces Color Guard, U.S. Army Band and U.S. Army Herald Trumpets also will perform.
The performances were pre-taped for the special.
The fireworks display in Washington, D.C., will be covered live during the broadcast with PBS utilizing more cameras than ever before along with vantage points from across the city.
The fireworks display is set to begin at 9:09 p.m. and last 17 minutes, according to the National Park Service. Viewing will be allowed on the National Mall, which was not the case last year.
On the South Lawn of the White House, President Joe Biden host around 1,000 essential workers and military families for a barbecue and then the fireworks from the Mall.
