"I'm pullin' back the curtain to reveal an exclusive look inside our @nbctitangames. Thousands applied, but I chose only 64 to show what it takes to become a TITAN," Johnson captioned the post on Twitter.
"Here's the 1st episode of our new docu-series #WhateverItTakes. Then join us for the 2-hr premiere on JAN 3 on @NBC," he said.
"Whatever It Takes" introduces Ben Afuvai, a metal polisher, Cole Wadsworth III, a real estate developer, Nikkie Neal, a fitness model, and other hopefuls. Johnson serves as Titan Games host.

The Titan Games begins with 64 contestants, who take on various physical challenges throughout the season. The show culminates on a structure called Mount Olympus, with one male and one female hopeful named champions.
"We really wanted everyday people," executive producer Arthur Smith told Men's Health this month. "This is a platform for everyday people to become heroes. This is their payoff, their chance to show themselves."
