March 20 (UPI) -- Ellen Page and Jennifer Garner will reprise their Juno roles during an upcoming fundraiser.

The 30-year-old Canadian actress and 44-year-old American star will reunite for an all-female live-read of the 2007 movie in April to benefit Planned Parenthood, Juno director Jason Reitman announced over the weekend.

"Come join @EllenPage for a Juno Live Read to support Planned Parenthood!" he encouraged his Twitter followers.

Page and Garner will reprise pregnant teen Juno and adoptive mother Vanessa, with male roles -- such as those played by Michael Cera and Jason Bateman in the film -- to be replaced with female characters, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Reitman will host the live reading April 8 at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles. He previously hosted a live-read series for five seasons, and was inspired to revive the show after the 2016 presidential election.

"Like many other people, I felt like I wanted to do something. I wanted to find a way to contribute to the causes that have never felt more important," the director explained.

"It occurred to me that I have this show that could be used as a tool to not only raise money for causes that need the help, but could serve as an opportunity for a group like Planned Parenthood to connect with an audience who can be presented with new ideas, or even an action item," he added.

Reitman will announce the full Juno live-read cast on Twitter in the days before the reading. Page is also slated for a number of new movies, including Flatliners with Nina Dobrev, while Garner will star in The Tribes of Palos Verdes.
