Anna Camp, Skylar Astin don't have scenes together in 'Pitch Perfect 2'

LOS ANGELES, May 10 (UPI) -- Anna Camp says she had a blast starring in Pitch Perfect 2, even though she and her beau/co-star Skylar Astin didn't appear together on the screen.

"The funny thing is, is that we never, ever have any scenes together," she told E! News.

"So, yeah, it was great. We had a great time when we saw each other on set. It was awesome," she explained. "We're really best friends, so it's awesome."

Directed by Elizabeth Banks, and co-starring Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson, Pitch Perfect 2 opens in U.S. theaters Friday.
