Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas get 'competitive' in new photos

Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Celebrity couple Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas enjoy a little friendly competition.

The 36-year-old actress and 26-year-old actor and singer recently went head to head in a game of Mortal Kombat.

Jonas shared a series of pictures Sunday of Chopra celebrating after beating him at the game. The snapshots show Chopra doing a victory dance as Jonas gives a look at the camera.

"Throwback to that time she kicked my [expletive] in Mortal Kombat. Safe to say she's just a little competitive," Jonas captioned the post.

The Camp Rock star also posted Friday about his experience with diabetes. He was diagnosed with type one diabetes at age 13 in 2005.

"13 years ago today I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The picture on the left is me a few weeks after my diagnosis. Barely 100 pounds after having lost so much weight from my blood sugar being so high before going to the doctor where I would find out I was diabetic," Jonas wrote.

"On the right is me now. happy and healthy. Prioritizing my physical health, working out and eating healthy and keeping my blood sugar in check. I have full control of my day to day life with this disease, and I'm so grateful to my family and loved ones who have helped me every step of the way," he said.

Chopra voiced her support for Jonas in the comments.

"Everything about you is special," she wrote. "With or without diabetes."

Jonas and Chopra confirmed their engagement in August. Chopra celebrated at her bridal shower in October and is expected to marry Jonas in her native India in the coming weeks.
