Taylor Lautner goes Instagram official with new girlfriend

Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Taylor Lautner is going public with his new girlfriend.

The 26-year-old actor confirmed his relationship with Tay Dome by posting a sweet photo with the nursing student on Instagram.

The picture shows Dome smiling as Lautner embraces and kisses her on the cheek. The couple dressed up as characters from the 1996 movie Space Jam.

"#tunesquad," Lautner captioned the post, adding a bullseye and heart emoji.

Dome also shared a snapshot with Lautner on her own account.

"Happy Halloweekend," she wrote, adding a pumpkin emoji.

E! News reported Lautner and Dome both attended Stagecoach Festival in April, although Dome first hinted at a relationship in June. The couple both voiced their support for Lautner's sister, Makena Lautner, after she underwent a second heart surgery in August.

"2nd heart procedure is finally a MASSIVE success. Couldn't possibly look up to this little/not so little girl any more. You are much braver than I @makenalautner.. Love you so," Lautner wrote on Instagram.

"~RELENTLESS~ Your strength & constant trust in the Lord have never failed to inspire those around you. Praise to a sovereign God and a successful procedure!" Dome added on her own account.

Lautner previously dated Billie Lourd, but split from the actress in July 2017 after eight months of dating. He is known for playing Jacob Black in the Twilight movies and Dale "Cuckoo" Ashbrick, Jr., on the BBC Three series Cuckoo.
