LOS ANGELES, June 14 (UPI) -- The Tonight Show added a new twist to the Flip Cup drinking game with a Slip 'n Slide.

Host Jimmy Fallon invited Liam Hemsworth on Monday to play his updated version of Flip Cup, in which opponents have to drink full cups of beer or other liquid, then flip them with one hand, by adding the Slip 'n Slide.

Wearing red and blue jumpsuits, protective goggles and helmets, Fallon and Hemsworth slid back and forth "drinking and flipping" all of their cups. As would be expected, it turned into one big mess right away. Each star had to slide back and forth between two tables. Eventually, though, they both got so soaked in sudsy, soapy water it was difficult to flip the cups.

"I'm getting too drunk!" said Hemsworth, who is starring in the new movie Independence Day: Resurgence.

Hemsworth quickly regained his soapy footing, however, and defeated Fallon.

His victory came as no surprise after hearing him speak to Fallon, revealing that as a kid growing up in Australia he was quite the devious child. He said his uncles used to call him Triple Six, "the devil's number."

"They said that they tried to exorcise me at one point, but it didn't work. 'You're too far gone'," he recalled them saying. "'We can't help you'."

Hemsworth said these days, he's helping his nieces and nephews become new Triple Sixes. "We just let them go crazy," he said, on letting his brothers' kids run wild.
