LONDON, April 6 (UPI) -- Wages have been made as the duchess of Cambridge's due date is approaching. Fans are eager to know what the sex and name of the newest royal baby will be.

British gaming company Punters of Ladbrokes is reporting 82 percent of all bets placed believe that the couple are expecting a baby girl.

The palace revealed to E! News that the parents to be, along with the rest of the world, still don't know the baby's gender.

However, the battle of the sexes is not the only bet on Ladbrokes; the baby's name is also being predicted with Alice as the favorite moniker with a 3:1 stake. Other names such as Elizabeth, Charlotte and Alexandra are also some of the anticipated options.

If Prince George's next sibling happens to be boy, the names at the top of wager lists are Henry, James, Arthur and even Charles.

The bets may be rolling in, but it's only a matter of time before the world gets the results.
