MIAMI, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- U.S. singer and actress Jennifer Lopez revealed to concertgoers in Miami that she is pregnant, confirming months of speculation, E! Online reported.
Lopez is married to fellow performer Marc Anthony.
"We didn't want to say anything before because we didn't want to take away from the tour, but we're expecting," Lopez told the crowd at Miami's American Airlines Arena.
"I hope you don't mind," Lopez said, looking at Anthony.
"No, I don't mind at all," Anthony said, giving his wife's baby bump a kiss.
The couple didn't disclose how many babies they are expecting nor when Lopez is due to deliver.
E! Online said its Senior Editor Marc Malkin was told before Lopez made the announcement that she and Anthony are expecting twins and she has been buying both pink and blue baby items to prepare for the happy event.
The Miami couple canceled the final show of their concert tour because of an unspecified "scheduling conflict," People.com said. Previously slated for Oct. 24 in San Diego, the gig was postponed because of the fires in southern California.
