Singer Sarah Evans questioned in court

NASHVILLE, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- Court documents filed in Tennessee ask country star Sara Evans to answer numerous intimate questions as part of her ongoing divorce proceedings.

The document was filed by attorneys for Evans' husband, Craig Schelske, The (Nashville) Tennessean reported Sunday.

Besides asking Evans what kinds of medications she takes, the lawyers want her to admit to affairs or romantic relationships with at least 11 people, including members of her band and members of the band 3 Doors Down, as well as Kenny Chesney, Richard Marx and Tony Dovolani.

Evans hasn’t responded to the questions yet, and the court filings provide no real evidence she actually had any extra-marital relationships.

She filed for divorce from Schelske Oct. 12, 2006, after the couple had a fight in Los Angeles in which Schelske alleged he had learned of his wife's "intimate relationship."

The court papers also call on Evans to provide all records of communications between herself and country stars Martina McBride and Chely Wright, and “Dancing With The Stars” co-stars Mario Lopez, Willa Ford and Joey Lawrence.
