LOS ANGELES, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- The former girlfriend of Los Angeles private eye and alleged ruthless snoop Anthony Pellicano is asking a judge to return her private telephone records.
The Los Angeles Times reported Saturday that Sandra Wil Carradine, the ex-wife of actor Keith Carradine, said in a sworn declaration that Pellicano had personally gone over her telephone records, obtained through subpoena, while he was in custody awaiting trial.
The Times also reported that she claims to have been threatened by the actions and by those of Pellicano's mother, 83, who allegedly showed her photo to a reputed mob assassin who was planning a trip to California.
Pellicano is awaiting trial on charges of illegal wiretapping connected to his detective business to the stars. His lawyers call the allegations "ludicrous and silly," and accuse Carradine of having visited Pellicano in jail and spying on him for the government.
A hearing has been set for Dec. 18.
