"The tour in Europe, and the film that has resulted, was an amazing personal experience," Sutherland said.

"I Trust You to Kill Me" is Rocco DeLuca & the Burden's first album as well as Ironworks' first release. Sutherland and Jude Cole, who started the label in 2004, have signed only one other artist, Ron Sexsmith.

First Independent Pictures has released three films this summer, "The Great New Wonderful" with Maggie Gyllenhaal, Tony Shalhoub and Edie Falco; "Edmond," written by David Mamet; and "Mini's First Time" with Luke Wilson, Alec Baldwin, Jeff Goldblum and Nikki Reed.
