Web site pundits list Oscar picks

NEW YORK, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- "The Aviator," "Finding Neverland," "Million Dollar Baby" and "Sideways" are sure to be Best Picture Oscar nominees, GoldDerby.com said Monday.

The Web site, reporting the conclusions of a panel of leading entertainment writers, said "Hotel Rwanda," "The Incredibles" and "Ray" have a shot at the fifth Best Picture nomination when the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announces the nominees Tuesday for the 77th Academy Awards.

The panel includes Thelma Adams of Us Weekly, Scott Bowles of USA Today, Dave Karger of Entertainment Weekly and Tom O'Neil of In Touch Weekly. The other members are Pete Hammond of Film Writer and Gene Seymour of Newsday.

The six unanimously predicted Don Cheadle ("Hotel Rwanda"), Johnny Depp ("Finding Neverland"), Leonardo DiCaprio ("The Aviator") and Jamie Foxx ("Ray") will be nominated for Best Actor. They predictd the fifth nomination will go either to Javier Bardem ("The Sea Inside") or Paul Giamatti ("Sideways").

They also predicted Annette Bening ("Being Julia"), Catalina Sandino Moreno ("Maria Full of Grace"), Imelda Staunton ("Vera Drake"), Hilary Swank ("Million Dollar Baby") and Kate Winslet ("Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind") will be nominated for Best Actress.
