VIENNA, Va., March 26 (UPI) -- U.S. company Agent Logic announced the launch of its new cyber threat analysis solution designed to counter threats to cyber infrastructure.
Agent Logic has released a multi-intelligence, or multi-INT, solution using the company's Complex Event Processing software to support cyber threat analysis. Based on Agent Logic's RulePoint software platform, streamlining the data collection and analysis, company officials said the multi-INT solution offers real-time intelligence on computer-based threats.
Officials said the multi-INT analysis provides key intelligence to help non-technical cyber intelligence analysts counter potential threats through combining cyber threat data with traditional intelligence sources.
"Using our software, non-technical cyber intelligence analysts can instantly create and change personalized rules that correlate incoming data feeds on the fly," Michael Appelbaum, Agent Logic chief executive, said in a statement.
"This powerful advance in automated threat detection, opportunity discovery, and collective intelligence enables the government to effectively connect cyber threat data with existing information assets -- creating situational dominance and ultimately improving the security of our country."
