ManTech continues U.S. border support

FAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 5 (UPI) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has given ManTech International a $9 million contract to continue support for its Non-Intrusive Inspection Division.

The division is part of CBP's Office of Field Operations, which is responsible for security at ports of entry.

"We are pleased to continue protecting the nation's borders and facilitating the transition of advanced technologies," said Terry M. Ryan, president and chief operating officer of ManTech's Emerging Markets Group. "This award is a testament of our trusted level of service and dedication to national security."

The Non-Intrusive Inspection Division's field offices have has received program management, technical support and subject matter expertise services from ManTech International for the past three years.

The new contract to continue those services is for a base performance period of one year with four option years. It is a firm-fixed price award.
