Settlement talks in Ford bias suits

DETROIT, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Talks between lawyers for Ford Motor Co. and employees suing the nation's No. 2 automaker for alleged age, sex and racial discrimination reportedly are in settlement talks. Published reports in the Detroit News and the Wall Street Journal Friday indicate the latest talks were held after William Clay Ford Jr. replaced Jac Nasser as CEO.
