Although legions of loyal Beliebers might be upset that 19-year-old Canadian pop star Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami early on Thursday morning for driving under the influence and drag racing, one retired NFL star is pretty happy about it.

Former New York Jets wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson is one of Bieber’s neighbors in a gated community in Calabasas, Calif. On Memorial Day 2013, Johnson accused Bieber of speeding and then drove his Prius over to the star’s house to discuss the situation with him.
The former NFL wideout has had his problems with Bieber in the past but attempted to reach out to him after the police were recently called to the singer’s mansion several times. Johnson’s offer of counsel was rebuffed by Bieber.
The current ESPN analyst took to Twitter to share his feelings about Bieber’s latest run-in with the law.
They finally caught HIM! Glad no one was hurt, no kids in the street. Everyone grows up at some point. Hopefully he learns from it.— Keyshawn Johnson (@Thromedamnball) January 23, 2014
The scary part is grown adults who are w/ him aren't protecting him from himself! All looking for a quick buck. Learning experience for all— Keyshawn Johnson (@Thromedamnball) January 23, 2014
