Susan Sarandon: I was stoned at almost every awards show

Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Susan Sarandon admitted she needs a little help from a friend to get through awards shows.

At an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Sarandon to admit one major Hollywood event she show up to stoned and Sarandon's response surprised him.

"Only one?" she asked.

"I would say almost all except the Oscars," she said.

And while she and fellow guest Ralph Fiennes abstained from lighting up on set, they enjoyed a few drinks during the show.
