(UPI) -- When Bethenny Frankel invited her arch-rival Omarosa onto her talk show, the two played anything but nice.

Omarosa, who rose to prominence with her appearance on Season 1 of The Apprentice, and Frankel have been at each other's throats since Frankel said three years ago that Omarosa was nothing more than a TV villain.

The argument over who better deserves their fame continued on Bethenny, and Omarosa said Frankel had it easier because she's white.

"It's differen't for you and I," Omarosa said. "I am an African-American woman. You get to walk around and be mediocre and you still get rewarded with things. [Black women] have to be exceptional to get anything in this business."

And while Frankel, who got her start on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart and rose to fame on The Real Housewives of New York City said her talk show was a pretty good indication of her success.

When Omarosa said she was just as successful because she'd built her own brand, Frankel bit back.

"I don't think you have a brand," Frankel said -- which did not sit well with Omarosa.

"You make cupcakes, I worked in the White House," Omarosa replied. "Get a grip."

When, at the end of the interview, Omarosa suggested the two might try to bury the hatchet, Frankely shot her down.
