(UPI) -- Back in August, Robin Thicke, T.I. and Pharrell Williams asked a California judge to protect thier smash hit "Blurred Lines" from any possible legal action for copyright infringement, after members of Marvin Gaye's family claimed that the R&B singer stole from Gay's 1977 hit "Got to Give it Up."
Two of Gaye's children have now responded by filing a countersuit, in which they claim that Thicke also stole from Gaye's 1976 "After the Dance" track to create "Love After War."
