Mariah Carey tweets cleavage selfie for Nick Cannon's birthday

Mariah Carey sent husband Nick Cannon a sexy photo of her cleavage for his 33rd birthday -- but everyone else got to see it too.

"Happy Birthday to my Hubby @NickCannon..."my baby I'm waiting on youuuu"hahaha! KKLB! GHL!!!! Mwah !!!!" the 43-year-old singer and mother of two tweeted Tuesday.

In the snap, Carey wears an unbuttoned white shirt and a black lacy bra. According to Metro UK, "KKLB" and "GHL" are part of the private social media language that Cannon and Carey use to sent private messages to each other over Twitter and Instagram.

The happy couple renewed their vows -- with twins Morocco and Monroe -- at Disneyland back in May. They married in 2008.
