Charlize Theron reportedly 'fine' after neck surgery

Attendees at Friday's Power of Women event in Beverly Hills might have noticed speaker Charlize Theron wearing a white Stella McCartney ensemble that covered her neckline.

According to multiple media reports, the 38-year-old actress wanted to cover her bandage from recent surgery on her neck.

A source told E! News that Theron is doing "fine," after minor surgery to correct vertebrae she injured on the set of 2005's "Aeon Flux."

"It was no big deal and a very minor procedure," the source added.

"It's been bothering her a lot lately so she had surgery to correct it and they had to go through her neck," another source told US Weekly.

Theron joined other famous actresses -- like Kerry Washington, Nicole Kidman and Amy Poehler -- for the Variety event, which honors philanthropic industry leaders.
