Carrie Underwood has her foot in a boot after a brutal high-heeled fall during a concert.

Underwood was mid-song during her Texas concert Thursday when she stepped on the back hem of her dress, teetering on her 5-inch stilettos.

She fell backwards, but kept on singing while sitting down, barely missing a beat. The accident left the "Blown Away" singer with a black brace on her left foot.

Underwood joked about it on Twitter while she was being treated.
