After taking several years off to try out acting, a Myspace investment and marriage to Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake announced his return to music Thursday with a YouTube video called "I'm Ready" and a three-day countdown to what could be the release of his new album or single.

"Someone asked me the other day, are you done with music?" Timblerlake says in the video. "It means more to me than anything else in the world."

Some reports indicate that Timblerlake will release a new album produced by longtime collaborator Timbaland. Others speculated that Timberlake will unite with mega-stars Jay-Z and Beyonce on a new single, which if true, would be the most exciting thing ever.
