Gunman kills 4, injures 2 in Karachi

KARACHI, Pakistan, June 9 (UPI) -- Unknown gunmen shot and killed four people and fatally injured two others in Karachi, Pakistan, police said Saturday.

The victims were shot while they were riding in a rickshaw in Al-Asif Square, Geo News reported.

The dead and injured were transported to a hospital, police said. The victims' families told Geo News the victims belonged to Waziristan's Mehsud tribe.

Police are investigating the shootings.
