In the evening, he and his wife, Jill, will host a reception with Jewish community leaders at the Naval Observatory.

Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan attends a town hall meeting at the Cornerstone Community Ice Center in DePere, Wis., his schedule indicates.
