Obamas celebrate 16th anniversary

CHICAGO, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Democratic U.S. presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama took a break from campaigning to celebrate his 16th wedding anniversary.

Obama returned home to Chicago Friday with a bouquet of white roses for his wife Michelle, The New York Times reported Saturday, noting the Obamas planned a special dinner at an undisclosed restaurant.

When asked Friday in Abington, Pa., about the key to a successful marriage, Obama replied, "Never get so mad you forget why you love them."
