NHL: Vancouver 4, Calgary 3

CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Vancouver edged Calgary 4-3 Saturday thanks to Daniel Sedin's power play goal with five seconds remaining in overtime.

Mattias Ohlund finished with a goal and an assist, as did Markus Naslund and Sedin, while Ryan Shannon tallied the other Canucks goal. Roberto Luongo saved 26 of 29 shots in goal for Vancouver.

Daymond Langkow scored two goals for the Flames, while Cory Sarich had a goal and Alex Tanguay notched a pair of assists.

Kiprusoff stopped 24 of 28 shots for Calgary.
