The court martial will be held Jan. 17-28.

England was featured in several of the photographs of prisoners being abused, including one where she holds a leash fastened around the neck of a naked prisoner who is lying on the prison floor.

England is charged with conspiracy, assault, and indecent acts with both soldiers and Iraqi prisoners, among other charges. If she is found guilty on all charges, she faces a maximum penalty of 38 years in prison, dishonorable discharge and forfeiture of all pay and allowances.

England is pregnant by another of the Abu Ghraib defendants and is expected to give birth in October.
