Mostly white jury grounds for appeal

WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the conviction of a Texas murderer must get a review because blacks were largely excluded from his jury. Justice Clarence Thomas, the only black member of the court, was the only dissenter.
