Court rules for RNC on Medicare challenge

WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 (UPI) -- The Republican National Committee and former Chairman Haley Barbour still do not have to pay out $1 million, which they offered to anyone who could prove that an RNC advertisement on Medicare was false. A federal appeals court Tuesday upheld a judge's earlier ruling that the ad was not false.
