Punch cards still a problem in Miami

MIAMI, Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Elections officials in Miami are disheartened over the number of over-votes and under-votes at some precincts by voters using punch-card ballots during Tuesday's elections for mayor. More than 9 percent of the votes were thrown out in five precincts during Tuesday's mayoral election.
