CHICAGO, April 28 (UPI) -- The 2016 NFL Draft started at 8 p.m. in Chicago.

1. Los Angeles Rams (Acquired in trade with Tennessee Titans): Jared Goff, QB, California.

Goff, 21, completed 977-of-1,568 passes for 12,195 yards, 96 touchdowns, and 30 interceptions in three seasons at California.

2. Philadelphia Eagles (Acquired in trade with Cleveland Browns): Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota St.

Wentz, 23, completed 392-of-612 passes for 5,115 yards, 45 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions in four seasons at North Dakota St.

3. San Diego Chargers: Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State.

Bosa, 20, had 148 tackles, 26 sacks, five forced fumbles, and an interception in three seasons for Ohio State.

4. Dallas Cowboys: Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State.

Elliott, 20, rushed for 3,961 yards and 43 touchdowns on 592 career carries in three seasons at Ohio State.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jalen Ramsey, CB, Florida State.

Ramsey, 21, had 181 tackles, five sacks, three interceptions, and four forced fumbles in three seasons at Florida State.

6. Baltimore Ravens: Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame.

Stanley, 22, started 26 games in three seasons at Notre Dame. Stanley is listed at 6 feet, 5 inches, 315 pounds.

7. San Francisco 49ers: DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon.

Buckner, 22, had 232 tackles, 18 sacks and two forced fumbles in four seasons at Oregon.

8. Tennessee Titans (from Cleveland Browns): Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State.

Conklin, 21, played in 39 games in four seasons at Michigan State.

9. Chicago Bears (from Tampa Bay Buccaneers): Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia.

Floyd, 23, had 182 tackles, 17 sacks, and five forced fumbles in three seasons at Georgia.

10. New York Giants: Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State.

Apple, 20, had 86 tackles four interceptions, and two fumble recoveries in two seasons at Ohio State.

11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from Chicago Bears): Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida.

Hargreaves III, 20, had 121 tackles, 10 interceptions, and two fumble recoveries in three seasons at Florida.

12. New Orleans Saints: Sheldon Rankins, DE, Louisville.

Rankins, 22, had 133 tackles, 18 sacks, two forced fumbles, and two interceptions in four seasons at Louisville.

13. Miami Dolphins (from Philadelphia Eagles): Laremy Tunsil, OT, Mississippi.

Tunsil, 21, is listed at 6 feet, 5 inches, and 305 pounds.

14. Oakland Raiders: Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia.

Joseph, 22, had 274 tackles, nine interceptions, and five fumble recoveries in four seasons at West Virginia.

15. Cleveland Browns (from Tennessee Titans): Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor.

Coleman, 21, had 173 receptions for 3,009 yards and 33 receiving touchdowns in three seasons at Baylor. Coleman led the country with 20 receiving touchdowns last season.

16. Detroit Lions: Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State.

Decker, 21, started 42 games in four years at Ohio State. The Buckeyes went 50-4 during that stretch.

17. Atlanta Falcons: Keanu Neal, SS, Florida.

Neal, 21, had 134 tackles, four interceptions, and two forced fumbles in three seasons at Florida.

18. Indianapolis Colts: Ryan Kelly, C, Alabama.

Kelly, 22, played in 46 games in five seasons at Alabama. He is listed at 6 feet, 5 inches, 297 pounds.

19. Buffalo Bills: Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson.

Lawson, 21, had 123 tackles and 20 sacks in three seasons at Clemson. He also led the nation with 24.5 tackles for loss last season.

20. New York Jets: Darron Lee, OLB, Ohio State.

Lee, 21, had 146 tackles, 11 sacks, three interceptions, and three forced fumbles in two seasons at Ohio State.

21. Houston Texas (from Washington Redskins): Will Fuller, WR, Notre Dame.

Fuller, 22, had 144 receptions for 2,512 yards and 30 touchdowns in three seasons at Notre Dame.
