Golden State Warriors visit South Beach to face Miami Heat

The Golden State Warriors will take a five-game winning streak into South Beach Tuesday night when they square off with the Miami Heat at American Airlines Arena.

The Warriors haven't lost since Nov. 11 at home against the San Antonio Spurs. During this run, Golden State knocked off the Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Los Angeles Lakers, Utah Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunder.

Sunday's victory over Oklahoma City started a five-game road trip for the Warriors. They will face the Orlando Magic, Hornets and Detroit Pistons on the trek.

Against the Thunder, Marreese Speights had 28 points and seven rebounds off the bench as the Warriors claimed a 91-86 victory on Sunday.

Klay Thompson posted 20 points, eight rebounds and five assists, while Stephen Curry added 15 points, six boards and six helpers for the Warriors. Draymond Green added 10 points, nine rebounds and six assists.

"Grit and grind," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. "Everybody contributed tonight."

Andrew Bogut (eye) and Leandro Barbosa (knee) were both hurt in the first quarter and didn't return against the Thunder. Both are listed as questionable for Tuesday.

The Heat have won two in a row after dropping four of five.

On Sunday, the four-time reigning Eastern Conference champions toppled the Hornets, 94-93.

Chris Bosh's baseline jumper with 31 seconds left was the difference, as the Heat survived a scare from the Hornets.

Miami trailed by one when Bosh channeled his inner Olajuwon, shaking free from Cody Zeller on a post up and hitting a turn-around 12-footer.

Kemba Walker missed a runner at the other end six seconds later. Mario Chalmers, who scored 12 of his 20 points in the fourth, was then pressured near midcourt by Walker, and Lance Stephenson came up with the loose ball with 14.9 to play.

Out of a timeout, Walker missed a pull-up jumper and Al Jefferson's tip-in rimmed out. The buzzer sounded as Jefferson attempted to get another tip off his own miss.

Luol Deng paced Miami with 26 points and eight rebounds and Bosh scored 20 with 10 boards. Chalmers also added 10 assists, giving him his second double- double this month.

"It's tough playing down the stretch in pressure situations," said Bosh. "I think it was good for us, win or lose. It's good for us to be in these positions. I'm glad we won."

These two squads have split their last six meetings, but Golden State has emerged victorious in its previous two appearances in Miami.
