NBA: Detroit 98, Orlando 94

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., March 9 (UPI) -- Richard Hamilton had 29 points and 14 assists Monday to lead the Detroit Pistons to a 98-94 victory over the Orlando Magic.

Tayshaun Prince scored 20 points and Antonio McDyess had 18 rebounds and 13 points for Detroit, which swept its season series with Orlando.

Rasheed Wallace left the game in the second quarter with a calf injury. Allen Iverson sat out his sixth straight game with a back injury.

Dwight Howard had 27 points and 14 rebounds and Rashard Lewis scored 21 for the Southeast Division-leading Magic.
