NHL: Calgary 5, St. Louis 3

ST. LOUIS, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Jarome Iginla and Daymond Langkow scored two goals each Sunday to help the Calgary Flames beat the St. Louis Blues 5-3.

Iginla's 22nd goal of the season, at 12:05 of the first period, gave Calgary a 1-0 lead. His 23rd, at 7:55 of the third, broke a 3-3 tie. Iginla added assists on a goal by Kristian Huselius in the second period and on Langkow's empty-netter in the third.

Huselius had a career-high four assists and Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 14 of 17 shots for the Flames, who rose to 5-0 on their season-high six-game road trip.

They had not won five straight in a single trip since taking the final five contests in a six-game trip from Nov. 10-19, 1988.

St. Louis got a goal and an assist from Andy McDonald. Brad Boyes and Lee Stempniak also scored, while Manny Legace yielded four goals on 20 shots for the Blues, who have lost four in a row.
