NHL: Nashville 4, Edmonton 3

NASHVILLE, March 27 (UPI) -- J.P. Dumont set up the tying goal and scored the winning goal Tuesday to lead the NHL-best Nashville Predators to a 4-3 victory over the Edmonton Oilers.

Jason Arnott, Alexander Radulov and Shea Weber scored for Nashville, which leads the entire NHL with 105 points.

Tomas Vokoun had 24 saves for the Predators, who are two points ahead of Detroit for first place in the Central Division and, the Western Conference.

Ales Hemsky, Petr Sykora and Toby Petersen scored for the Oilers, who fell to 1-11-1 in the month of March. Edmonton, which reached Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals last spring, will miss the postseason.

Dwayne Roloson allowed four goals on 28 shots in the loss.
